I’m sorry…

My dear friend,

I owe you an apology.

When you joined talk-doctor, you expected to hear from me often. And I’m sorry I’ve been in hiatus for the past year.

As we all do, I too have many excuses. But none of them feel as honest as a simple but heartfelt “sorry” does.

On the positive side, I am back (with a bang) for good.

You will hear from me often in the upcoming months (and years) as I share more personal stories and professional tips on many topics in mental health. As you know, I love to combine western science with eastern wisdom, so that will always be a unique part of what you get at talk-doctor.

I am also in the process of making some cool E-books and courses for you. Stay tuned for more on that ;-)

Again, I am so glad to be back. I’ve missed you and look forward to some fun times together coming up. Thanks for sticking with me.

P.S: What was your biggest challenge in the past year? What would you most like help with? (Your replies are 100% confidential and I will read and respond to every single one :)

Please take a quick minute to answer. It will help me a lot to create resources that YOU most need.

My biggest challenge… was finding a point to life, and sticking with it. I felt quite overwhelmed and lost, but I know I can be okay :) I believe.
